Where did my account and order history, or digital files go?
As of September 22nd, 2019 we have transitioned to a new website! We were unable to carry over any account, order, or digital file history to our new site. If you need access to any of your order history and you do not have copies of your emailed receipts, or if you need any digital files that you purchased at our older site re-sent to you, please contact our customer service team via email at info@shopellesstudio.com or by using the contact us form here and we'll be happy to help recover any digital files or past purchase history.

What is in the monthly kit subscription?
Our monthly kits include three 4 x 6 tags, eighteen 3 x 4 tags, and an assortment of die cut tags (on average around 25 pieces).

How do I subscribe to the monthly kit?
Our monthly kit is available here and you’ll want to choose the “Subscribe and Save” option to start your subscription.

Do I have I have to subscribe to get the monthly kit?
No, our monthly kit is available as a one-time purchase, too! You’ll want to choose the “one-time purchase” option here.

What are the benefits to subscribing?
Subscribers are guaranteed a kit each month at our special discounted price of $9.99 plus shipping. You’ll also receive free shipping on any other products that are purchased from our shop during our 24-hour bundling period (starting each month on the 10th at 8:00 am Pacific and ending on the 11th at 8:00 am Pacific) that ship with your kit subscription, along with access to special discounted items during our bundling period.

Where are the subscriber discounted items?
You’ll want to make sure you are logged into your subscriber account during our 24-hour bundling period to find the discounted products. Look for the product listings that start with “Sub Discount” that will be located in our NEW and/or SALE section.

How does bundling work?
Our bundling period is open each month for 24-hours starting on the 10th at 8:00 am Pacific. During this time, you can purchase anything in our shop and have it ship with your kit subscription for free (for both domestic and international addresses). You’ll want to choose the “ship with my kit subscription” free shipping option during checkout. We will then combine your order(s) with your kit subscription order and ship them together. We’ll update each invoice with the same tracking number once your order(s) have shipped. Multiple checkouts during our bundling period are okay!

When will I be billed for my kit subscription?
Your card will be charged for your first kit immediately upon signing up and then on the 10th each month, until you cancel.  

When will my kit ship?
Orders placed during our reveal on the 10th each month start shipping after our 24-hour bundling period has ended. You should receive an order update with a tracking number between the 12th to the 14th. Orders placed during our non-reveal period usually ship within 1 to 3 business days.

How do I cancel my kit subscription?
Please send us an email to info@shopellesstudio.com or fill out our contact form. Our subscriptions are risk free and can be cancelled at any time with no penalty.

When do sneak peeks start for the upcoming reveal on the 10th?
Look for sneak peeks on our blog, Instagram, and Facebook group, starting on the 1st each month! You’ll also want to check your email on the 1st and the 8th to preview our subscriber discounts in our newsletter!

How much does it cost to ship my order?
Our shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping destination.  

When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. We process orders Monday through Friday and are closed Saturday and Sunday. The only time we might need extra time to process your order is during a sale.

Do you ship internationally?
We do! Please keep in mind that you are responsible for any applicable duty or taxes that may be related to the delivery of your purchase.

Can I return my purchase?
